やった, so I’ve been given the green light – or so it seems- to build a rig. I’ve done some research and this is what I’ am thinking so far. Am not sure how long it will be till it’s done but I hope I can complete it soon.
So here is a list of all the parts I ‘am hoping to put together:
Case: Cooler Master Cosmos S
PSU: Corsair HX1000W
Motherboard: Asus Rampage II Extreme
CPU: Intel core i7 i920
CPU cooling solution: Asus Triton 81
R.A.M: Corsair TR3X6G1600C8D
Graphics: ATI Radeon HD5870
Hard drive: Western Digital
Optical Drive: LG GGW-H20L
Keyboard: Logitech G19
Though since I already have a Belkin n52te
, a Logitech G9
, wireless Xbox 360 pad
and a Power Wave Joystick
which I use when play various different types of games I am thinking maybe instead of the Logitech G19…why don’t I just not get a keyboard!? Instead I’ll by a pad from Bamboo (specifically the Bamboo Craft
) and use that instead. It’s a hell lot faster than typing, and when used with Photoshop its great for draw too.
